| 1. | Close all active windows in CQLog.

| 2. | On the File menu, click Rebuild DBC/Reindex for opening the Database Utilities dialog box.

| 3. | Select the Validate DBC, Packing Table, and Rebuild Indexes check boxes.
|
| 4. | Click ENTER on the keyboard or the Ok button.
|
| 5. | After the database validates, the report window will be displayed.
|
| 6. | After closing the report window, the tables packing will be executed.
|
| 7. | Close the Database Utilities dialog box and continue operation with the program.
